Alexander Arkadyevich Begak (born April 11, 1973) is an aerospace designer, test pilot (highest category) and inventor known for multi-element vehicles that operate across land, water and air.

He built his first aircraft at 14, became an aviation parachute training instructor at 15, and later graduated Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) as an aircraft and helicopter design engineer.

He has 2,500+ flight hours1,800+ parachute jumpssix -time world record holder recorded in national registers. Begak’s portfolio includes transformable aircraft (Begalet series), stratospheric UAVs, amphibious explorers and eVTOL concepts. His projects emphasize adaptive aerodynamics, composite structures and field reliability for rescue, research and premium mobility.

Selected milestones: early model rocketry at 6; first parachute jump at 13; first aircraft (“Dolphin”) at 14; honors graduate of Kaliningrad Aerospace College; MAI degree (aircraft & helicopter design). He has authored multiple patents and led expeditions, including polar and high-altitude test campaigns.
