Pyatigorsk engineer will present “Begalet” at a major aerospace exhibition

The transformer can be turned into a snowmobile and an electric car.

Pyatigorsk aircraft designer Alexander Begak will show his development Begalet EVO.MAKS-15 at the 15th International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2021. The exhibition starts in the town of Zhukovsky near Moscow on July 20. This was reported by the press service of the Pyatigorsk administration.

“With minimal transformation, almost a “light movement of the hand,” the plane turns into a city electric car, paraglider or snowmobile,” the report says.

As the author of Begalet notes, the technology has no analogues in the world. He covered the creation process on his YouTube channel. According to the engineer, the “people’s” transformable aircraft costs less than a regular one, and is easier to maintain.
