Pyatigorsk inventor Alexander Begak plans to launch production of the begalets he created in 2022 - this is a hybrid of an electric car, a microplane and a paraglider. There are no analogues to these environmentally friendly and safe transformers in the world, says the designer.
- As ground transport, they can be used to monitor and protect resort and environmental areas. The head of Sukhum, at a meeting in Abkhazia, expressed a desire to use this transport in tourist areas and for transporting goods, Begak shares with KP-Stavropol. – We became interested in runners in India, Germany and Mongolia.
In the first year, a thousand transformable electric vehicles will be assembled at the sites of existing enterprises - for now for sale within Russia. The inventor wants to locate part of the production on the territory of Caucasian Mineralnye Vody - it will be an industrial complex for large-scale assembly with an area of 4,000 square meters with more than 60 jobs.

At the age of 14, the design engineer from Pyatigorsk built his first single-seat aircraft, the Dolphin, and at the age of 15, he became the youngest instructor of parachute training for USSR aviation. Alexander Begak has flown more than 5 thousand hours on various aircraft, including begalets. Jumped with a parachute more than 1.8 thousand times - in the area of the South Pole, on Elbrus and the North Pole. Almost all extreme expeditions he tested his own inventions. The inventor has many patents, including for a new type of transport.
